Buccament Bay is located only a few clicks south of Wallilabou Bay, made famous by the popular Disney film The Pirates of the Caribbean – Curse of the Black Pearl and its sequel, Dead Man’s Chest. It was used as the fictional location for Port Royal. With its special effects and some of Hollywood’s finest actors, the film was a box office success. The one element that was impossible for all the special effects to replicate was the raw, untamed beauty of St Vincent.
